Dabudasht District (Persian: بخش دابودشت) is in Amol County, Mazandaran province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Dabudasht.[3][a]

History

After the 2011 National Census, Dasht-e Sar Rural District was separated from the district in the establishment of Dasht-e Sar District. At the same time, Dabuy-ye Miyani Rural District was created in Dabudasht District.[4]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 census, the district's population was 74,687 in 19,356 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 76,553 people in 22,587 households.[6] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 39,476 inhabitants in 13,303 households.[2]
