2 Brothers on the 4th Floor var en nederlandsk eurodancegruppe som bestod av sangerne Renee Philips (D-Rock) og Desiree Claudette Manders i tillegg til de kreative produsentene Martin og Bobby Boer.
Brødrene Boer hadde allerede arbeidet med musikk en god stund (og gitt ut flere album på egen hånd) da de tidlig på 1990-tallet begynte å samarbeide med Philips og Manders, da under navnet «2 Brothers on the 4th Floor».
Noen av gruppens mest kjente låter er «Never alone», «Dreams» og «Come take my hand».
