Panglima Tertinggi, Laut Utara [1] adalah penunjukan jabatan senior sebagai komandan formasi Angkatan Laut Britania Raya yang semula berbasis di Great Yarmouth dari 1745 hingga 1802, kemudian pindah ke Ramsgate dari 1803 hingga 1815.[2] Jabatan ini mengomandoi Armada Laut Utara[3]
