Joftan (Persian: جفتان)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Rudbar Rural District of the Central District of Tafresh County, Markazi province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 182 in 73 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 199 people in 84 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 382 people in 154 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
