George William Cappleman (born March 12, 1947) is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Florida State Seminoles. He was selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the second round of the 1970 NFL Draft and also played for the Detroit Lions.[1][2]
