Šindliar (Hungarian: Singlér) is a village and municipality in Prešov District in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia.

History

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1331.

Geography

The municipality lies at an altitude of 497 metres and covers an area of 11.32 km2 (4.37 sq mi) (2020-06-30/-07-01).[1]

Population

It has a population of 560 people (2020-12-31).[2]
